REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Root-FTC’s Return Policy is a part of this agreement. Root-FTC does not accept returns of customized and of not customized products that are not damaged or defective upon receipt. You are responsible for inspecting products promptly upon delivery. Shipping costs to return products back to Root-FTC are at customer charge.
If a covered defect is discovered when we receive it, contact Root-FTC Customer Care Service in the 3 next days of the delivery and Root-FTC will replace your product with the same or similar product at Root-FTC’s option for FREE after visual inspection has been completed. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims, so be sure to hold onto your receipts.
